「我爸種的」檸檬葉依下單量新鮮現採當天出貨,新鮮的檸檬葉片用塑膠袋包好後,放進冰箱裡冷藏,可保鮮1-2個月,保存時只要密封存放就可以了,如果是採冷凍的方式,保存期限可長達一年,且口感與香味都可以完整保存下來。

 

檸檬葉與南薑和檸檬香茅並列為南洋料理必備的香料,相當於泰國版的蔥薑蒜。這個稱號表明在泰國料理中檸檬葉的重要性。
