農業面對全球競爭的艱鉅挑戰，許多人依舊認真努力，希望找出臺灣農產品的市場競爭優勢，讓優質的臺灣農業重新展現亮點。台灣農創係由臺中市霧峰區、大肚區、大雅區、沙鹿區、神岡區、烏日區、龍井區等七家農會擔任發起人共同設立。其後再新增臺中市清水區、大安區、大里區、豐原區、花蓮縣壽豐鄉農會、彰化區漁會、天元一炁投資，目前共計14家農漁會共同組成。基於「再思(re-think)」的核心價值，以「重組、減量、再用與循環( re-organize, reduce, reuse, recycle)」的創意行動，透過組織協作與在地產業結合。讓台灣農創成為一座橋，透過參與，體現思維創新與實踐，共同創造農業新價值。

Agriculture is facing the daunting challenges of global competition. Many people still work hard, hoping to find the market competitive advantage of Taiwan's agricultural products, so that high-quality Taiwan agriculture can show its bright spots again. The Taiwan Agricultural Innovation Department was jointly established by seven farmers’ associations in Taichung City, including Wufeng, Dadu, Daya, Shalu, Shengang, Wuri, and Longjing. Later, the Qingshui, Da'an, Dali, Fengyuan of Taichung City, Shoufeng of Hualien County, Changhua District Fishery's Association, and TianYuan YiQi Investment were added. At present, a total of 14 farmers' and fishermen's associations are jointly formed. Based on the core value of "re-think", the creative action of "re-organize, reduce, reuse, recycle" is combined with the local industry through organizational collaboration. Let Taiwan's agricultural innovation become a bridge, through participation, reflect innovative thinking and practice, and jointly create new agricultural value.
